2. Data we may collect
When you use the contact form, we may collect your name, company or institution, email, telephone, service of interest, message content, IP address, submission date and time, and technical data needed to secure the form.
We do not request special categories of personal data through the form. Do not include health or financial information, credentials, identity documents or other sensitive data in the message.
3. Purposes and basis
Data is used to respond to the request, assess needs, conduct requested business follow-up, protect the website against abuse, maintain security records and meet applicable obligations. Processing is based on the data subject’s request, consent where required, legitimate interests in responding and protecting the service and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps or legal obligations.
4. Sharing and processors
Bitzone does not sell personal data. Information may be processed by hosting, email, security or support providers strictly required to operate the service, under appropriate instructions and safeguards. Disclosure may occur where required by a competent authority or applicable law.
5. Retention
Contact requests are retained for as long as needed to respond, follow up the opportunity and meet archiving, legal-defence or audit obligations. Technical security logs are retained for periods proportionate to risk. Data is deleted or appropriately anonymised when no longer required.
6. Data-subject rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, updating, objection, restriction, deletion or information about processing. You may withdraw consent where processing depends on it, without affecting prior lawfulness. Identity verification may be required.

7. Security
We apply proportionate measures including validation, access control, automated-submission protection, request limiting, secure sessions, error logging without unnecessary content and HTTPS transmission when configured on the hosting platform. No system is entirely risk-free.
